Hi, my name is "Cody." I am a 12 year old Golden Retriever. I am told I am the
best dog ever. Well I try to be. I arrived at my new home when I was 8 weeks old.

In 2005 I developed a tumor that had to be removed two times. Dr. Blakesley told
my mom I had that "C" word. She had mom take me to a specialist. He gave me some
stuff called chemotherapy for six months. I didn't feel good some of the time, but my mom
took real good care of me. One thing I know for sure is that the "unconditional" love
that she has for me I have always had for her.

Thanks to everyone at Lone Mountain Animal Hospital who take such good care of me,
especially when I was ill from that chemo stuff. I bounced back to my good ol' self since
then. I will always remember all of you.

"Cody" has been voted "Pet of the Month" for February 2007 by the doctors
and staff of Lone Mountain Animal Hospital.  CONGRATULATIONS Cody!
