Lone Mountain Animal Hospital
Pet of the Month: April 2009

"Goldie"
(Golden Retriever)

Hi there! My name is Goldie and I am 3½ years old. I got into a little bit of trouble with
my previous owners and to my relief found a great new home with a big family. My new
family includes my human mom and dad, my canine sister and two feline brothers.
This is the family I know I will be with forever!

I have a confession to make. I eat things, yes I do. Mind you not edible things like doggy
biscuits. This is how I came to know the doctors and staff at Lone Mountain Animal Hospital.
My human mom had to bring me in to visit the doctors when I suddenly got really sick. I'm
used to feeling good all the time and I couldn't figure out what was going on. The doctors had
to operate and I was like a piñata filled with candy only it wasn't candy at all. I had eaten my
tug-of-war rope, water bottles, twisty ties, etc... the list goes on and on. I am home now and
feeling much, much better.

I really appreciate the whole entire staff at LMAH and how good they have been to me. The doctors
and staff deserve a "Goldie Hug" and a great big woof-woof (that's a THANK YOU in my language).

"Goldie" has been voted "Pet of the Month" for April by the doctors and
staff of Lone Mountain Animal Hospital.  Congratulations "Goldie!"
