From "Bubby"....

"My name is Bubby and I am an Eastern Carolina Box Turtle. I am about 30 years old
although  I have lived with my Mom & Dad for about 10 years. My big brother who is a
herpetologist rescued me from being run over in a state park in Illinois. This summer we
are moving back to Illinois for the summer to spend more time outdoors. We will return
to "winter" here in Las Vegas.

My favorite foods are night crawlers and strawberries, although bananas and lettuce are
also tasty. I sleep a lot, but also like to walk and explore. Some people might think my
Mom & Dad are silly because I sleep under a pillow on their bed at night... I don't think
so because I love them for the way they treat me."
