Pet of the Month: September 2007

"Jezebel" (Domestic Short Hair)

From Jezebel's human parents:

Jezebel came to our patio door about 4 years ago, very thin and obviously nursing kittens.
After a few days of coming to our yard for food, she soon brought her kittens along as well.
Jezebel must have been someone's pet, since she was very affectionate with us. We decided to
give her a permanent home and have both her and the kittens spayed and neutered. The
kittens remain feral and spend their time in the back yard, never letting anyone close to them.
Jezebel however is a very affectionate and loving cat especially with my husband. She follows
him around and loves to sit in his lap when he is working on his computer. We enjoy her so
much and are glad we adopted her.... or did she adopt us?

"Jezebel" has been voted "Pet of the Month" for September 2007 by the doctors
and staff of Lone Mountain Animal Hospital.  Congratulations Jezebel!
