“Luther”
(African Sulcata Tortoise) |
We would like
to introduce you to “Luther” an African Sulcata Tortoise. Luther is a
little
under a year old and most recently had a bit of trauma.
His human mom noticed he had
marks on his legs that resulted in the need for both his front legs to
be amputated. His front
legs were replaced with small marbles to keep him stable and mobile.
Luther has been
a trooper through the entire surgery and healing process. He is doing
great and
walking all over the place.
"Luther" has been voted "Pet of the Month" for
December by the doctors
and staff at Lone Mountain Animal Hospital. Congratulations, "Luther!"
